Revelation 5:8 “Now when He had taken the scroll, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb, each having a harp, and golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of the saints.”
Months before COVID-19 hit the fan, inspired by Rev 5:8, I “saw” a vision of a painting of the golden bowl of prayers and began this weeks ago. Usually I paint without knowing at all what will evolve. As I have been a WITNESS to all the powerful unity of prayer and mighty intercessions through this crisis – it hit me that this painting was truly a vision of what is going on in the heavenly realm during this season and what we are called to do.
Set our social lives on chill but turn up our prayer life to HIGH FLAME. The prayers of the faithful are a holy fire and sweet fragrance unto God.
What is your prayer at this time? Self protection? Nothing wrong with that! The word says we are to make our needs known to God. But we are called to more – to spend our lives for Him who spent His life for us.
